1.How do I take care of my citation?
You can pay online, appear in person or by mail by the appearance date on the citation.
2.What if I've lost my citation?
Contact the Court at 254-876-2462 for the amount to pay.
3.How do I take care of a warrant?
You can pay online, in person at the court or by mail. If you cannot pay the warrant(s) in full, you can contact the court about other arrangements.
4.How much is my citation?
You can go to the Reply Form and see if the fine amount is listed. For all fines not listed you will need to contact the Court Clerk. Reply Form
5.What forms of payment are accepted?
The Court takes Cash, Money Order, Cashier’s Check or Credit Cards. Payments with Credit Cards will be charged a service fee depending on the amount of the payment.
6.Am I eligible for defensive driving?
Under the laws of the State of Texas, you may be able to have one moving violation dismissed by taking a Driving Safety Course. However, you will lose that right if you do not provide written notice to the court of your decision to request the course and pay all applicable fees by your appearance date.
