Mart Water Department
City of Mart Utility bills are mailed out by the 1st of each month.
Water Bill Payments must be received by the 15th of each month to avoid a late fee.
Disconnects are done on the 25th of each month.
You can pay your water bill in person at City Hall, by Bank Draft, Online or by placing payments in the drop box at City Hall.

Utilities
Water, wastewater, and garbage pickup are billed through the Utility Department.
Applications for service may be obtained from the Mart Water Department. To establish service you will need to furnish proof of identity, proof of ownership or copy of rental/lease, and pay a deposit and connection fee.
Garbage Collection
City of Mart contracts with Waste Connection to provide garbage collection for all residential customers. Residents are provided one container and an additional container can be provided for an additional fee. Residents are allowed their paid container plus one extra container. Garbage will be collected once per week. Brush will be picked up if bundled in lenghts of less than four feet and less than fifty pounds.
Residents North of Texas Avenue will be serviced on Mondays.
Residents South of Texas Avenue will be serviced on Thursdays.
Gas
Gas is provided by Atmos Energy. Please contact them to set up these utilities. Their Customer Service number for Central Texas is 800-460-3030
Electricity
The Electricity transmission provider is Oncor. There are many service providers that can service the area. This means you are free to choose your electric provider. Helpful sites for this choice are:
