Mart Water Department
Water bills are mailed the last day of the month. The bill is due by the 15th of the month by 5 p.m. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, you have until the next business day at 5 p.m.
If not paid by the 15th, a $10 late fee for residential customers or a 10% for commercial customers will be added and you have until the 24th to pay. Cutoff's are done on the 25th of the month. Failure to recieve your bill does not waive the penalty or keep the account from being shut off for non-payment.
The monthly charge for provision of water from the city's water system is hereby fixed and shall be as follows:

Construction and Bulk Water Rates
For Construction Bulk Water, you will have to fill out an application and pay a deposit and connect fee. We will install a meter on a designated fire hydrant for you to use.
Deposit $150.00, Connection Fee is $30.00. Base Rate is $39.19
